SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing Time

Please allow approx 2 weeks for single orders and between 3-4 weeks for orders of 2 or more shoes. This does not include the delivery time. The processing time for all orders placed on a weekend will start on the first working day (Monday), so your order will be dispatched within 2 weeks or 3-4 weeks from that date.

I will do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee them as these times are just estimates given by Royal Mail. As ever there can be delays in postal arrival times and I hold ‘NO’ responsibility for delayed packages.

Due to the UK leaving the EU, there are changes to trade agreements. Customers based in the EU may be required to pay taxes and duties on their purchases when it arrives in the destination country. 

​

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that I have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.   

 

If you refuse delivery due to Customs charges your parcel will be returned to me. You will be charged delivery again to have the parcel re-delivered to the original address or an alternative address. Please be advised I do not offer refunds if a parcel has been refused.

 

Please note – I cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

Cancellations

These shoes are specifically customised for you and cancellations or amendments must be notified within 24 hours of placing your order via email. Once your payment has been received and this time period has passed and/or you have confirmed your order, no refunds will be issued.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not refund customised orders, if an error has occurred the error will be remedied and the shoes re-dispatched. If a parcel is returned to me due to delivery refusal or non-collection no refund will be issued.

I hold no responsibility for incorrect shoe sizes chosen or miss spellings, as I print onto the shoes the exact wording/dates given to me by you the customer. Please ensure you select the correct shoe size by using the shoe SIZING GUIDE provided in the listings photo section, as they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded if they do not fit.

If for any reason your shoes arrive damaged or defected or you have received an incorrect order you have 3 DAYS from the date of delivery to notify me via the Contact Form.

If for any reason a return is authorised it is your responsibility until it reaches me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.

Your rights to return the goods to me will not apply in the following circumstances:

​

* Any products that I have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
* Where, in my opinion you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging or where you have purposely damaged an item due to ordering the incorrect size or do not like the colour(s) chosen.
* If you have made a spelling mistake or inputted the incorrect date on your order or have ordered the incorrect size.

If you return an item because of an error on my part (Incorrect wording/date ), or because it is defective, I will refund your costs in returning it to me

 

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 7 days of delivery. Because these are personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore I cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind or do not like the colour.

Colour Variations

The colour of the product you receive may not match the colour as displayed by my website on your computer monitor or phone screen. Please be aware that if colour is important to you, your order is placed at your own risk and I do not accept returns or refunds due to colour discrepancies.
